Lets see some P's!
..that is P-vans. ;) Git yer minds out of the gutter!
I'll start, saw this P20 on Saturday down in Baltimore. http://i721.photobucket.com/albums/w.../IMAG_0065.jpg They may not be as cool as the C/K/T trucks, but they deserve some love too, I guess. :) ...and here are a couple others that aren't mine: http://www.jonrubin.net/img.php?mw=6...i=48/FREE4.jpg http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/9452/848e3ha9.jpg http://www.youngstownfire.com/forums...=44606%3Bimage |
Re: Lets see some P's!
Great idea. These are cool! That white P10 belongs to a guy in Harrisburg who joined a few years ago. Can't recall his name now,but here's his little P next to my K at Carlisle:

Re: Lets see some P's!
looking back over a previous post, is it it creepy to anyone else that the ice cream truck says "Watch Children" on the front? Is that what he's doing?

Some of those Step Vans may be earlier or later, since the style stayed the same so long. I think the horizontal grilles are pre-67. The same with the vans, they had flat windshield 64-66 and curved from 67-70. Then the bigger 3rd generation Vans came out. The 1st generation didn't come with V8s available. The 3rd generation ran from 71-96!!!
