Re: How to fit 35's?
I am running 35's with a 4 inch suspension lift and they rub the back side if the fender at full lock.

Re: How to fit 35's?
the front springs have lost some strength. but i wouldnt be off road with them flexing much at all, just thinkin if i can get them to fit for now ill have them for the lift in spring... might just sell the 31's in spring, theyll still be near new

Re: How to fit 35's?
If you only drive it on the street and do only mild off roading, you should be alright with a 3-4 inch body lift. If you get into a situation in which you stuff a tire up into the wheelwell, you'll have some pretty hard rubbing. Alot of guys run 35s on 4 inch suspension lifts and have minimal problems.

Re: How to fit 35's?
lot depends on what wheels your running too

Re: How to fit 35's?
I say a 2.5" spring lift with a bit of cutting and some hammer work on the fenderwells. You can always add a 1-1.5" body lift without anyone noticing. Bump stops can be modified a bit and that will help too. Any more body lift than that and guys will think you are a poser :).
I've seen a blazer running this setup with 35s and it was unstopable on the trail and completely stable. And remember, if your tires don't rub a little then they aren't big enough! |
Re: How to fit 35's?
4" suspension lift and mild wheeling should work out great. Don't put them on there until you lift them it will rub real bad and tear up your new rubber. Should look pretty awesome with 35"s and a lift kit though.
