There are a couple of sites but try these links
http://www.rustrepair.com/repair_pan....htm?r=rr&p=sm or http://www.dreamershotrods.com/6772c...ls.aspx?page=5
you will have to adapt it to work. :chevy:

Those parts are for a Suburban, I do not think they will work.

Judging by the picture, it looks a heck of alot easier to pull it back into shape. Some pulling and hammer work is alot easier than welding in a new piece. JMHO...

This was my thoughts also but I have never done body work and would like it to be done right. I do not want a lot of bondo so I'm leery about having a body shop work on it. A friend of mine that does a lot of fab work says he can weld a new piece on, that is the reason I was looking for a new piece. I do not care how it get fixed I just want it done wright.

You should post a wanted on the parts board. somebody probably has a piece to cut out. I sell a lot of cut out patches from cabs, I have a couple of old trucks with beds that are not here, the beds are tough but that part could be good if you dont find something sooner I will be going there next weekend and Ill check it out.

I'm just trying to do some research for now. If I decide to replace the tail light housing I will probable post a WTB ad.

If you've never done any body work before, then you'll end up with at least as much bondo in a welded repair as straightening what you've already got. That would be way easier to just repair/ hammer and dolly.
