Stock lift on '71 Cheyenne 20?

Sorry for newbie question - trying to find out if there is a stock lift on the 71 Cheyenne 3/4 ton (like the 4" lift from the factory on the Ford Highboys of the era) or if the truck I'm looking at has been lifted. Thanks for any pointers!

It's been lifted. There was no factory lift on an Chevys. Not on Fords, either. That's just the way they were built and they were all like that (F250 4wd). Highboy is just a name the public coined...or actually stole from a hot rodder term meaning a coupe of roadster that was not channeled down over the frame...just had fenders removed.
