Towing with step bumper

Anyone know what the step bumpers are rated at for towing? Or, what kind of insert would work with a step bumper?

Thanks

All the ones on the later model trucks are usually maxed out at 500 to 800 pounds and 200 tongue weight. Is it possible to reinforce one to haul like a class III/IV, I am sure it can be done but why not just do a hidden hitch.

That is what I'll end up doing, I'm sure. I was just curious after looking the bumper over yesterday and not seeing anything stamped showing rating, tongue weight, etc.
