Door Panel Nuts

Finally got my interior door panels in the mail. Put the passenger side on and was about to do the driver side when I realized all 4 of those square type nuts that go into the door and hold the bottom of the door panel on are missing. Looked around online and couldn't find em anywhere.

Anyone know where I can find some?

You can get the plastic ones at the hardware store and I think brothers sells metal ones that clip in, both work equally well.

If you have a local hardware store, or an ACE Hardware, they sell the metal ones. Those type of nuts are called capture or cage nuts. I went to ACE and bought 8 of them for under 2 bucks. they clip in the door, nice and easy

if you go to the local hardware store

spend a bit of extra time opening up thier trays of hardware and seeing what they have available to save you time on future projects// i can spend 30min to an hour just lookin and learnin about thier onhand stock inventory

I used the square "nuts" that come in the license plate fastener package.
They are nylon/plastic so they won't rust. Just press them in the square hole, and "tap" them with the 1/4-20 screws you're using for the door panels.
