Radiator hose question?

Do the screw in line to the radiator go over or under the bottom radiator hose? Thanks in advance -Aden

I don't understand what the "screw in line" is. Transmission cooling lines?

Are you talking about the hose clamp screw? If so it doesn't matter as long as its easily accessed.

do these metal lines that screw in to the radiator go under the hose or over it? http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...100_3148-1.jpg

i would say that put it where it works the best, you may have to bend the metal line some for it to clear the rad. hose. not for sure if it goes below or above, i don't have a auto in mine to go look at, i would just put it where it works the easiest and the best fit....

Don't think it matters. Those are the factory transmission cooler lines. As long as the fan don't hit them.

Noticed the big gaping hole in that inner fender under the battery. Mine looked almost that bad when I bought my truck 7 years ago. :)

Re: Radiator hose question?

they generally come out under the motor over the cross member under the hose and up the radiator to the fittings, but it really doesnt matter, just need to run them so they dont hit the fanbut with a shroud they shouldnt come close to the fan and dont rub on the frame to cause a hole later and away from headers, they can be fun to run some times, hope it works out
