Did you have this on craigslist? Looks like one I saw there. I had never really looked at these until I saw the one on CL. Do they work good?

Re: Flex fan with spacer and bolts

Never put it on CL but it worked fine. Just wanted to install a fan with a fan clutch.

18"

Re: Flex fan with spacer and bolts

You know what rpms it starts to flatten out at?

shawno72 01-17-2013 07:39 PM

Re: Flex fan with spacer and bolts

I don't but I ran it on my 68 with a 350 and had zero issues. I would run the rpms up to about 5200 and had no worries.

Re: Flex fan with spacer and bolts

Yeah i have a 68 K10 and it has a solid fan on it. Always drawling air. And has a cam in it good to about 5,400rpm. Thought maybe make it little easier to spin that fast.

Re: Flex fan with spacer and bolts

Well I had no problems with it, I just replaced it with fan with a fan clutch. I do think it will allow you to spin up faster but not sure you would notice it a whole lot??
