Post Stock Color Pictures of your 1967-68 Trucks

I tried a search and didn't see a thread dedicated to 67's.

I made an offer on a 67 SWB, and pending the owner finding the title, it should be on it's way to my house next week. It's currently a light blue, but I'm considering a re-paint in another factory color. I'd like to see what the factory colors look like on a truck rather than a paint chip.

If you could, please include the color name and code in your post.

Thanks,

Wes

I should have been more specific. It is a short bed, fleet side chevrolet.

Thanks for the pics. I really dig the swb with the side trim and hub caps.

I'm think Gold, anniversary edition was one color that was different. I'm not sure of the others of the top of my head.

I had a 67 years ago that was a dark turquoise, similar to my old Chevelle's Tahitian turquoise. Unfortunately, it was painted white long before I got it.

I like the black and white look of the truck a few posts up too.

Thanks for posting. I was unable to post a color chart.

Is this one "Dark Green"? Were the dark green and dark blue colors non-metallic?

The dark green and dark blue were solid, non-metallic colors The dark aqua is a metallic. "Poly" is the key word indicating a metallic here. Another thing to consider is that from the factory 67-68 truck interiors were painted a different color than the exterior unlike later trucks. Here is another shot of the dark green truck showing this and the original color a little better. The "army green" stepside is in fact a special paint fleet order army truck.

I know this is an old post but, WOW!!!!! I've even thinking that my trucks exterior had been repainted, although I was told by the seller that it was the original. Now I know why my truck trucks Exterior is Lt Blue & Off White (which is what my glove compartment sticker says) but my interior paint is Med Blue. My roof and grill surround are color matched to the rest of the truck, not well but, close. I'll be going back two tone with it.

Thanks for the info!

Does anybody have any pics of what the factory '68 cloth seats look like? The window sticker on my truck states blue cloth trim, but the seat has been recovered.
