POA Valve

Good working condition. I bought this last summer while trying to diagnose an AC problem on my '72. The problem ended up being a kinked line off the condensor. This POA valve is bench tested with a POA valve testing unit I built. It is set at 29 PSI (for R12) but I can set it to 26 PSI for R134 if needed. These generally run $150 on Ebay.

Yes. It's a hydraulic flat tappet which will work in pre-87 SBC blocks.

Everything is present for a complete package. After the break-in (in the youtube video), the guy helping me build the motor and I took it out for a spin. For most, it would put a grin a mile wide on your face. Unbelievable power. With a 7004r, it would roast the tires in first at WOT, keep right on in second gear, and give a chirp when going to third. That was with 3.73 gears.

While it was a mind blowing experience, I wanted something milder. We came back, let the motor cool down, and he started pulling the cam out. I went ahead and spent the money for a Comp Xtreme 258 roller cam, and we swapped that out.

It's been in the garage for two years now. Hate to see it sitting. It's a good solid cam and I know someone could put it to good use.

Sent PMs to Rusty69 and junkyard that our local post office is closed on Saturday. Was pretty sure it was. The last time I went to the PO on a Saturday here, it was not open. Thought it might have been a one-off, but checked again today and it does say closed on Saturdays. Getting items shipped out is always a priority for me, because I know what it's like to sit and wait for a part you need.
