How Do You Prep Inside Frame Holes

I have prepped the front end of my frame for primer, but do not feel the edges of all the holes in the frame are paint ready.

How do you normally address these holes in preparation?

Should I just roll some sand paper and use a finger?

te smaller ones you mite run a correct size drill bit thru first. they make small flapper wheels for your drill too. or glue a piece of sand paper to a wood dowel. just some ideas.

Good idea on the drill bits, I will just be careful to not elongate. Was trying to find cone shaped wire wheels, but couldn't find something like that for the holes.

Anyone ever see something cone shape for wire wheels?

If you have a dremel tool, this little 1/2" brush might be a solution:

A wire battery post & terminal cleaner tool works good too....

Unfamiliar with welding supply houses. What are some names of such suppliers? If there are nation wide options.

Welding supply online stores..................... way too easy to spend 'fat stacks' on welding equipment.
