I needed to deliver a John Deere 2 bottom plow to my daughter and son-in-law this weekend so I decided to deliver it in style. 240 mile round trip and the old girl didn't miss a beat.... Life is good!..:) LockDoc |

They can be keyed the same but the locks all have to have the same keyway. Here is a list of the different years and the key blanks they use. If you will notice the '67 and '71 trucks and the '68 and '72 trucks are the only years that use the same key blanks.... 1967-'72 Chevrolet Pickup Lock & Key Information --------- 1967: Lock Code Series: 0V00-9V99 & 0W00-9W99 Key: Groove 50, "A" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320588 1968 : Lock Code Series: 0N00-9N99 & 0P00-9P99 Key: Groove 54, "C" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320652 (Glove Box 55-"D") 1969: Lock Code Series: 0J00-9J99 & 0K00-9K99 Key: Groove 56, "E" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320652 (Glove Box 57-"H") 1970: Lock Code Series: 0E00-9E99 & 0F00-9F99 Key: Groove 58, "J" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320470 (Glove Box 59-"K") 1971 : Lock Code Series: 0A00-9A99 & 0B00-9B99 Key: Groove 50, "A" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320588 1972: Lock Code Series: 0N00-9N99 & 0P00-9P99 Key: Groove 54, "C" Keyway, GM Key Blank # 320652 LockDoc |

Re: I put the Suburban to work this weekend
I hauled my first load in my recently purchased burb yesterday. We pickup up a go cart frame for my son's school project . It fit easily in the back and stayed out of the rain. Hauling people, stuff and looking cool while doing it is a mission perfectly suited for the burbs! :metal:
