Is it possible to remove fender well without moving fender?

I'm thinking about replacing my drivers fender well but want to make sure I can do it without moving the fender. Will it just unbolt?

Yes, you can remove the inner fender without removing the fender.

Thanks! Cleaning up under the hood while my engine is out, once I cleaned the fender wells I found the driver side was beat up, I worked on it yesterday trying to get the dents and forty years of bad coats of paint off it and can't take anymore! A friend had one for free! (Thanks Dave!) Got to be easier than stripping paint without getting stripper on my fender!
