square body cross members

Are the cross members different between the auto 700r4/208 combos and manual sm465/205 combos? I have an auto cross member but I am putting in a manual. Just at a glance it does not look like the auto cross member will work.

1985+ are the same.
older have (1/2 ton, 3/4) and 1 ton crossmembers. Both of which use the same adapters. Difference is the frame. So, what year 465/205 do you have? Old or new?

I have a 1984 465/205 and I am putting them in a 1986 k5.
