Will wheels fit 1969 c10 drum brakes 2/4 drop

Hello all
I was wondering if wheels which have a backspace of 3.75 (offset -19mm) would fit on a 1969 c10 with stock drums and a 2/4 drop (which shouldnt really make a difference)?

Thanks in advance.

What width rim and tire size? It should fit no problem on a 7 or 8 inch wheel I would think.

I was thinking 15x8. I like my stock steel (15x7 I believe) but don't want to under buy and wish I could put a wider wheel later. Thanks for the reply mike!

What size tire are you going to run? Buying wheels that fit the tire is the right way to go. Places like Tire Rack will list the specs and the minimum/maximum recommended rim width for the tire. Pick one in the middle!

I was thinking something like a 255/70/15 tire size.

The specs on that wheel are 15x9 6x5.5 with 3.75 backspace. Seems like it should work? Maybe a little taller on the back. To be honest I am installing the 2/4 drop this weekend and curious to see how it sits given current spring age.

Thanks again for the responses! It's very much appreciated.
