Does anybody have a truck with the 4590AB paint code? Mine says white/turquoise/white and before painting wanted to make sure that it is white roof and white below lower molding.

custom1969, Hello and:welcoem:to the board. You got it right. White roof(and A-pillars) and white below the lower molding.
Your code 4590AB is actually code,590. The 4 prefix and AB suffix are not used after production, so your paint code is just 590. 590 is a two-tone code for 521 white and 511 turquoise. 590 also designates your paint scheme as Special two-tone, which in 1969 is of course, white/turquoise/white. Your 1969, 521 White is Ditzler paint number 8080. And 1969, 511 Turquoise is Ditzler paint number 2098. Hope that helps. |
