Dually 10 lug conversion questions.
 

I found a set of Motorhome alcoas on the cheap but they are 10 lug 19.5's. Which i dont want to go any bigger than that so the size is fine but the fact they are 10 lug i think is going to be an issue since semi adaptors seem to have a bigger pattern and center hole than these do. Anyone ever done this? Pic for reference.

I would get a measurement of the lug pattern and the center hole and then call one of the companies that makes a Semi Wheel Adapter and see what they measure and if they are not the same I bet you could have some adapters made.

Either way probably won't be cheap but probably less hassle(uneducated guess) than changing out to a 10 hole hub.

Tennessee Wheel and Tire is who I am going to buy some wheels and adapters from in the future.

And.... While you're pricing adapters, research the cost (& available height) of 19.5" tires as well as their ride quality in a 1-ton application. I had some buddies take extended trips in a later model dually.... once w/16's; then again w/19.5's. They said the trip w/the 19.5's was horrible vs. the previous trip w/16's & it's a post 2000 GM truck w/stock suspension.

Scoti makes a huge point, in order to fit those wheels you will most likely have a shorter sidewall AND hugely stiffer tire than the smaller 16/17 wheels. Most tires in a 19.5 are made for heavy hauling his translates to less cushion/flex and almost always a harsher, stiffer ride.
