Billet Aluminum Deluxe CST Dash Knobs
1 Attachment(s)
UPDATE:
After several iterations these are finally a reality :chevy: I'll try to get some install pics this weekend. The price will be $12 a piece for lights, wiper, choke, throttle and radio knobs. The choke and throttle knobs thread on just like the factory, the wiper and radio knobs have a set screw and are a very tight fit. The headlight knob has a set screw as well (it uses the same knob as the throttle and choke so there are threads inside) and it also is a very tight fit. You have to remove your old knob off of the factory shaft. I've put a lot of time and thought into these to make sure every knob fits well with no slop. For the cigarette lighter I have two options, I can provide the knob with the lighter element which fits the 67-72 lighter socket but doesn't fit as tight as the original so if you actually use the lighter this isn't a good option since it could pop completely out when it gets hot. If you don't light things with the lighter this should be fine. The other option is a complete replacement element and socket. The replacement sockets have a spade connector so you would need to splice a spade onto your wiring or swap over the connector piece from your original socket. This is a good option if your socket is old and/or doesn't work. The cigarette lighter price will be $12 +$5 for just the element or +$8 for the element and socket Shipping will be $4.50 for six or $7 for as many as I can fit in a Priority Mail flat rate box |

I like it Jared. I'd be in for the set of 3.

Re: Billet Aluminum Deluxe Dash Knobs
Sounds like there is enough interest to order them, thanks for all the feedback! The 67 choke will be the same as the headlight knob with a set screw. It would cost a lot more to create a third version for a limited few that need a threaded version.
