Brake Self Adjuster
 

I'm in the process of finding parts to have my back brakes redone and I cannot for he life of me find a self adjuster for 12" rear brakes. I have literally looked everywhere. Does anyone know if the self adjuster for 12" front drum brakes will work for the rear drums or is there another alternative?

CARLSON PART #H2555 or H2554 depending on which side you want. 2555 is right hand thread

You guys are awesome! But I have a question concerning those numbers. There aren't any GM trucks listed for part fitment. The only truck is a J20 jeep. Are you sure those adjusters will work on my 72 GMC w/12" drums on a Dana 60?

I got mine at a local parts store. 1972 GMC C1500 with a 12-bolt though. Might have to actually walk in and talk to a human. :lol:

They are the ones I used on my 68.......dana 60/12'' drums (same as you), if you look up the parts in a BOOK and not on a computer they will show up
