Another Tire Size 20 inch Rim question??

I have 20x8 and 20x10 rims.

Was thinking 255/35 and 295/35

but than i saw 245/35 275/35

than i saw 255/40 275/40

245/40 and 295/40

is 35 to skinny is 40 too big...i have lower/uppercontrol arms, notch, 2 inch blocks, spindles and air bags......help

I'm running 255/35/20 in front and 295/35/20 on back
