Radiator

Gang, I am planning a V8 swap into my 63 C10
The stock radiator is 21-5/8 wide X 22 tall. I would like to go with an aluminum radiator and I understand the Champion 2 rows are good pieces. I have used these to cool 2 mild v8s before. Has anyone got one of these with the stated dimensions? If so how about a part #. The ones on ebay give quite a larger configuration.
Also if there is another size that will fit with or without modifications I don't have a problem with that either.
As always, Thank You

I got a Us Radiator for my 62 and it fit great. Bolted right up. I hangs down a little lower than stock but I don't think that will be a problem. You can find the part numbers on there web sight.

Re: Radiator

If you are still looking, we hand-make aluminum radiators here in the USA using domestically sourced materials, and no plastic / epoxy / glue is ever used. And, we are a site sponsor here:

Re: Radiator

I just installed an American Eagle by Champion. It has 1 inch tubes instead of 3/4 inch of the standard Champion. I got mine from jegs. $200.95 and free shipping.

Re: Radiator

I have a Champion in my '57. The only complaint I have about is that the mounting tab (the length of the radiator), is such that the radiator does not sit flat against the core support. It protrudes into the engine by about an 1" or so. With the electric fan on it, it comes really close to the water pump pulley and I have a short pump on the engine.
