:D I have a 63 caddy and I was wondering if you knew of any sites where i can find out info on it. I know you did a swap into a truck. the only number i could find was on the drivers door frame. motor #63g067109 body S.D. which I think means sedan deville I know this is not truck related . but during the course of swaps we tend to pick up info. anybody else know of anythingthat might help please jump right in . I am looking for some interior parts mostly thanks:flag: :gmc: ::bs:

V-8 - Overhead valves
Cast iron block
Displacement: 390 cubic inches
Bore and stroke: 4.00 x 3.875 inches
Compression ratio: 10.5:1
Horsepower: 325 @ 4800 rpm
Five main bearings
Hydraulic valve lifters
Carburetion: Rochester four-barrel model 710930.

NOTE:

Although neither engine displacement or output changed, the 1963 Cadillac V-8 was completely redesigned.
Quieter, smoother and more efficient, the new motor was one-inch lower, four inches narrower and 1-1/4 inches shorter than the 1962 V-8.
It was also some 82 pounds lighter, due to the use of aluminum accessory drives.

There is a guy in Justin Texas that has a Caddilac only salvage yard.
The name of the place is Honest John's Caddy Corner.
He grew up in Grapevine as the son of a Funeral director and has always driven Caddilacs.
Here is a link to his web-site.
Honest John's
My neighbor sells whosale GM parts to him which he re-boxes and sells all around the world.
