spark plug gap question
 
Hey all,

Anyone know offhand the plug gap for a 67 with a 307, 2bbl, points, R45 plugs? Thanks,

Yup. Thanks again. I checked and the plugs were .035 from the factory. I don't know why they always tell you to gap them yourself. It seems that every set I have ever gotten have been right on.

Sometimes, due to normal handling, the plugs may not be gapped properly. Also, it depends on your ignition set-up. HEI uses .045 and some later ones go up to .060.
