1980 Front Air dam
My 80 has a factory front air dam on is connect behind the core support not the bumper like later models. They do not reproduce these that I see.
Was this a "rare" option as I have never seen another 80 in person or on the net with one. I'm thinking maybe they were common and everybody has removed them thru the years. https://s26.postimg.org/9aw4cwy89/IMG_2412.jpg |

The air dam has a function you might not want to lose. It helps keep your motor from overheating. Don't sell it or give it away. You'll likely need it in the future. |
Re: 1980 Front Air dam
My plane jane 80 stepper came with one. I ended up taking it off after I lowered it.

Re: 1980 Front Air dam
If you want to sell it, do a search. There was somebody looking for one of these in about 6 months ago on the forum.
