Help me ID this please.

I picked up a pretty rust free fender a few minutes ago. PO claimed it is an oem 68 fender and I posted it in the wiw section, but I'm not confident on how to ID it for sure. I checked the tech section and searched on fenders but the picture link is broken so I'm still lost. Hoping the c10 experts can help me out here
