Body transfer

Will a 1970 CST/10 body with automatic transmission bolt right up to a 1967 4x4 chassis or will there need to be modifications.

It will bolt right up, the only issue may be the rear body mounts.

i think the hump on the floor is higher in 4x4 to allow for the tcase, but with a couple inch body lift a 2 wheel drive will go on a 4x4.
