Cab trim differences through the years.

I have two sets of cab trim I'm going to list. I want to make sure I list them right. I did mark them years ago but I still don't trust myself.

The Chevy set I have marked 1975 is approx 4" wide

The GMC set I have marked 1985 is appox 2 3/4"

So if I have them marked right is the interchange 1973-1980, 1981-1987? With the exception of Crew cab 1981-1991.
