Anybody know which headers fit really well for 1968 Chevy C10 with bigblock?

I am planning on building a high horsepower big block Chevy for my 1968 Chevy C10 shortbed. My truck came with the bigblock 396 from the factory. Anybody know a good brand of headers that will fit really well?

Doug’s headers Tri-y. I just put a set on. The pass side brake line needs the clamp relocated but that’s it.

If your lowered or just want the exhaust tucked up flush with the frame the Hedman chevelle headers are definitely worth the effort. They fit great and do not go below the frame rail. You will have to run a lokar type shift linkage and a different trans crossmember to keep the rest of the exhaust tucked up, but they really fit the truck great. I had some of the Hedman truck ones first, the entire collector was below the frame.

That's what I have on my '71.. Truck is lowered a few inches, but nothing drastic. B&M shifter and shift cable.. 3 1/2" pipe all the way back.. Fits tight in the rear axle area, but clears everything. Exits at the corner of the bed.. The only part of the exhaust system that shows is the last couple inches of the tail pipes. Nothing hangs below the frame.
