need help c-30

Hi
I have a 69 chevy c30 stepside,with a 9 foot box.
I am needing parts to fix her up,but I am having trouble finding 1 ton parts,
First , i am needing a frame crossmember where the carrier bearing mounts,its totally gone,and i dont have anything to reference to buy/build one.
thanks for any and all help
