Headers, Truck or Car?
Looking at a new set of headers for my C-10. I've heard that the car headers will fit and place the collectors closer to the floor, or tucked better in the frame. Anyone have any pics?

As others on this board have done, I went with hedman 68198 ( Chevelle ) for my C10/BBC. They cleared everything without modification except for a single dimple required on the passenger side due to contact with the lower control arm bushing nut. Potential clearance issues: o depending on motor mounts, may need some trimming or use tubular stands o automatic transmission linkage o manual shift clutch linkage o transmission crossmember All this is based on research on this board. -klb |
