Brakes Pulling

The Ply Fury I have, had been sitting for 18 years before I got it running. It actually runs quite well. I drained all the brake fluid and put in new. There are no leaks and a firm pedal, but when I first start to drive it, it pulls to the right. After 3 or 4 stops it brakes fine. Any suggestions? Thanks

check the hoses after sitting that long they should be replaced anyways its a good possibility the hose is collapsed inside or one hose is expanding and not applying equal pressure to the other

If you haven't already, I would jack up all four corners, pull the wheels and drums and inspect. You may find a grease seal leaking just enough to get some on the shoes but not show outside the drum. You may find broken/missing/ parts, worn oversized drums, springs broken, automatic adjusters frozen etc. You also want to readjust all four brakes leaving them with equal drag on all four corners.
