You might also want to check around your drip rail at the top of the cab. Mine had a couple of small holes rusted and the rain would run down through to the inside and run down the kick panels. I discovered this after I painted the interior and noticed a "rusty trail" down the kick panel. I cleaned the drip rail treated the rust and filled the seam with autobody seam sealer. No more leak!
