TH, is the Rhino liner on top only? Have you looked under the truck for the captive nuts for the seat belts and seats? If they're still accessable, you prolly could drill thru the threaded bolt holes from underneath. Use a small bit. Then maybe a razor or a little knurled grinder bit, slow and easy.
