I have the RS9000 as well, but, I am using the manual setting on a '71 2WD C-10 SWB. I had a similiar set up on an S-10 4x4 with the air control gizmo in the cab and even though it worked "ok" It did leak air. The air pressure is always there, its how the shocks are set, it puts pressure on a valve, without the air, the manual valve sets this position. I like Rancho shocks, but I think the air control is a trouble spot. If you like to adjust this constantly then the air control is the way to go. I found a sweet spot and pretty much left it alone.
