These guys have them but you have to call for price. Their truck was featured in Classic Trucks. I bought their 6 lug conversion for disc brakes. I would have liked the 5 lug but money is tight and I had already bought wheels and tires for the 6 lug and would have meant selling and looseing money that I just put out.
