That is not an HO72...it has coil springs. This is a C/20 isn't it? That would make it an HO52.
NO one tons came with coils, and the one ton is the only way to get an HO72.

Grendel, forgive me, I am having problems remembering your truck... is it the maroon GMC duallie witht he fleet bed and step side fenders attached? If so...yes...DEFINATLY an owner modified rig. No daulies came with beds... none in 3/4 ton trucks, and another point of interest... the extra tires were inboard of the hubsm not poutboard. The track width was i9ncreased by an inch or two instead of by a foot or so on the later rear ends found under daulies.
