Do you mean the two hub washers that have a tab on the inside circle and slide onto the spindle to either insulate the bearing from the lockwasher or the locknut from the lock washer? If so, the dealer still sells them. For my '72 SRW H052, I recently picked up a hub washer at my local dealer:
3663658 Washer $5.25 each.
I can't say for sure that they will fit your dually setup Eaton. Take an old one with you. Have a good look at your lock washers, too, since the dealer likely carries them, as well. I couldn't find either at local auto parts stores.
