VTblazer, out of curiousity, what was the final cost for the stubby slip joint and having your driveshaft shortened? I have an eaton rearend with 4.56's....and while 4.10's will help, the cost of putting new 4.10's in the front and rear will likely cost as much as getting a setup like this.....just trying to figure out what the total cost of everything but the unit itself will come to....

yes, yes, for those that will chime in with "$1,000 buys a lot of gas"....I have this to say .....it doesn't buy as much as it used to, and at almost 4,000 rpm on the highway.....it won't take long before the replacement of some worn out parts will add up to that same $1,000....
