A couple of years ago I sold the 3-speed part of mine to a board member in Iowa who needed one for $150.
The NP205 I gave to the guy that helped me install my th350/np205.
FWIW I think your $350 is a decent price.
However you need to find a buyer who wants something like this. That is probably the hard part.
