Wouldn't do much other than possibly save a life. Seriously I have seen a Toyota truck roll over once and it had a chepo bolt together made in Mexico chrome plated bar just bolted to the floor that substantially saved the back of the cab where the kids head was and kept the cab from crushing totally.
