how about setting up the key switch so you turn it to the on possition and then press a hidden button to start but if the person turns the key too far as if to start it it triggers an alarm that won't shut off and or it disables the truck by breaking a circut, dizzy fuel pump exc. simply pulling a fuse would also work.
