I have an '87 Chevy 1/2 ton with a 350 TBI setup. I have the oppurtunity to purchase a complete Serpentine setup. However I will have to eliminate my smog pump setup. By doing this will this cause any problems with my truck running and or will this trigger the check engine light? I don't think that it will, I just need some info on this before I make the purchase.
