The line "30" line is loft data line for reference for building the body panels. They used the same type of measuring system of older Lockheed and Boeing aircraft panels.
If you can locate a view of the side of the body or front from the assembly manual with the "0" mark just go 30" straight up from that.... Probably easier than it sounds but it's a start.....
