[69sleeper]

I just purchased a 69 C20 3/4 ton 2wd truck, i would like to upgrade the front & rear suspension to 1/2 ton 5 lug disc up front and 1/2 ton 5 lug rear {can keep drum in rear}. The rear seems pretty cut and dry as just locating a rear and adding the mounts to bolt up to the 69. The front is the main question, i dont want to spend a lot of money on new aftermarket parts. I have heard of others swapping parts from newer years {73-87} spindles & brakes but would like to get info if this is true and what all needs swapped. I have a 75 1/2 ton 2wd that already has nice aftermarket wheels & tires i could use on my 69 if this will work, the front suspension looks to be very close in design just looking for advise, thanks Chad.
