It's not that I just hit a wall there, I can just tell I'm hitting the end of the power band and it doesn't really want to push much farther than that. I'm also pretty sure my speedo is off by about 7 MPH but I don't have any proof so I don't really know where I'm at.
Thanks for the info guys. I think I'll just wait till I can get a complete package set-up from Bowtie.
The option list on my glove box door says 3.73 so I'm just assuming as everything else is pretty much original. A PO could have messed with it but I don't think it has been changed. I guess I can go ahead and look at getting it rebuilt then and probably add a limited slip too. The reason I want to look at a 3.55 or 3.42 rear-end is that I spend a lot of time on the highway. I hate just having it screaming while I'm running out to the strip to go get beer cause I can just watch the beer money gauge go from Full to Empty.
