Re: best intake for torque.

I second the stock intake comment...
money would be better spent on cam, carb, or gears. rather than replace a perfectly fine stock quadrajet intake, with a $100.00 version with the same results. My thoughts are; to improve torque, change cams... to improve seat of the pants "feeling" of torque, change rearend gears...
