While normally I agree with this sentiment, I disagree in this case and here's why:
It is a single rear wheel cab/chassis with a highly specialized body on it. It can only be valuable whole to a person who wants that body or has a longhorn fleetside or 9 foot stepside bed to put on it. It does not have the GVW of a dually 1 ton and therefore is not a good candidate for a flatbed or dump body so she can be worked. In short, it's a red-haired stepchild, and one heck of a donor vehicle. Plus I want the following parts:
6 cyl tach dash/wiring
engine and under dash wiring harnesses
292 engine stands
and a few other odds and ends needed to convert my gmc from a 350 to a 292
If it were a dually or a 3/4 ton lwb, I'd agree, way to nice to cannibalize.
