If I understand you correctly you are saying that a two-tone paint scheme that white is not one of the two colors is unusual? I also realize that with the GM strike in 1970 the production numbers were very low that year for our trucks.
This truck was purchased and brought up from Celina Tn. back in 2001. (thats why rust is at a minimum) I found this truck in the Truck trader the night that the Trader came out and I went out to look it that night and with the long list of options I went ahead a bought it. I think I paid $2300 for it. Mike the owner said the phone was ringing of the wall for the next few days. On the way home to Arcanum the starter went out and then the alternator was not far behind. My wife keeps joking saying that the only times she sees it running is when its behind a tow truck. Ha Ha
Its been a long road and at times I almost sold it but I could never pull the trigger. I'm glad that I didn't. Now that my war chest funds is built up the transformation is about to begin. Life is good.
