We replied directly to this customer, but wanted to pass the information along to anyone who might be interested in our front pan.
Here is part of the email we sent:
"Do you happen to have the baffle panel (or the splash panel) that goes
between the grille and the radiator core support? This piece will
establish the exact curve of the grille when they are bolted together.
If the grille is bent, then the baffle panel will not fit match the
shape of the grille.
We make our front pan to exactly match that baffle panel. The
recommended installation is that you would slide the front pan flange
between the grille and the baffle panel. When you push it all the way
in, the curve of the pan should match the curve of the baffle panel and
grille. Then you bolt the baffle panel to the grille with the flange
in between."

We also faxed him a copy of the assembly manual that shows the grille and baffle together.
