If it has an auto trans the cab will clear everything alright without the high hump.
I've seen one without the high hump(not my truck). I also just sit my cab on the frame and it seems to have worked. I'm still going to cut it out and put in a high hump just in case I ever need to swap engines. Without it I don't know how you would get to the bolts.
